Upright: it indicates a sacrifice on a personal level or in real situations, demanded from outside. Through imposed limits one can grow and develop as long as you are able to accept this possibility. In the opposite case you’ll only feel the aspect of constraint and blockage expressed by the card. In relationships it represents the need to give up certain sides of one’s personality (for example pride) in order to accommodate others.

Reversed: it’s weaker compared to the upright card: it indicates a less strong limit, but also less opportunity of development.
